Go into the (Special Features) menu, then go [Down] onto the [Right] arrow to access the second page of extras. Now with the [6th Street Bridge) highlighted, press [Right] twice and [Down] twice. The badge on Samuel L. Jackson's cap will be highlighted. Press [Enter] and it will take you to footage from the cast & crew golf tournament.
