Beat the Game in PC Mode on the Hard Difficulty Setting
Alternate costume
In arcade mode, highlight the character to be played, then hold [Enter] + [Punch].
Alternate weapons
Highlight a fighter on the character selection screen. Press [Start] thirteen times, hold that key down on the last time it is pressed and hold [Block] simultaneously. Keep both buttons held until the loading screen appears.
