Go to the Extras menu. In there select the Cheats menu. And type: "PIES"
All you need to do is take out your memory stick before it autosaves on the menu that shows the pinkslip track that you are racing. After the race, if you win, just simply hit options menu, go to game, and put autosave back on.
If you need money in this game it is quite easily done. When there are no races go a head and host a Sprint race. Choose class 1 for the choice and put all your money down on the Dodge. I haven't seen the Dodge ever lose a race. But DO NOT BET if there are two of them in the race. There is no way to tell witch one of them is going to win that one. There for you can still lose that match if you choose to bet.
