Press Start to pause game play. Then, press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, L1(2), R1(2), Start. The sound of a gong will confirm correct code entry.

After you complete the game be sure to save. You will be able to restart the game with all the stats you had leveled up when you completed the game.

While fighting the steam train (saving earth dragon)destroy all pink crystals die, repeat until everything is upgraded.
When u die, u go back to the start of the lvl. ok so we all know that.
But... if u do the lvl except for the last enemy/enemies, die on them, then go back to the start of the lvl. every time u go back to the start of the lvl get all of the pink crystals and get all of the upgrades in the game.
I worked this out after i completed the game normally and i noticed u can defeat the enemies quicker with every skill.
PS. when u complete the game, u keep all the skills u unlocked if u start again!
