Find all Balloons If you want to know where all the hidden balloons are so you can shoot them, do the following: Go onto your map and hold X down. A menu will appear asking any secrets you would like to view. Change it to Red Balloons and all the balloons will show up on the map. You can also do unique stunts and rampages too. Have fun! Submitted By: weedarr Air rescue Go to the hospital near the bottom bridge on the right side island. Go round the back and there is a air ambulance helicopter on a helipad. You can get in it and there is a air rescue mission you can do if you want. or you can jst fly about. Submitted By: triggahappy How to get free hunter before you finish game 100% On the main road of the first island in the south side, go on the last street there is before you get in the community with a darker type of road. The street you are going on should look like a right angle. There is another street branching off from it. take that and enter the airport by the nearest gate. As you enter, make a right around the big withe building. Then go straight to the fence so you see the road. It is on the right. When you enter it, there is a mission but you can cancel it and still fly. Enjoy! Submitted By: ovidiu Little Willie I have got onto the second island for a long time now but still havent found a helicopter... Until... I foundly got one that has cannons and is at your appartment. Its called Little Willie. Go to the save point you first get as soon as you reach the 2nd island. Its white and quite big. Go inside and up the stairs. You should see a door. Go through the door and stand on the heli-pad. It should ask you if you want to pay £3000 for the Little Willie. Buy it and Fly It! Submitted By: gamestar12 Hover Craft I always wondered why vice city stories didnt have a hover craft but one day i found one. Go to your map. Zoom in and go to the bottom. There is a little boat deck thing. Im talking about the one that isnt touching anything. Go there. When you get there, a red hover craft should pop up. It is called Bovver '64. Go to the Main road along the side of the island where to the bridge that you go under. Go really fast in a fast down that road and when you reach the bridge and your under it you will see a car or van stick upside down to the bridge. I always have a red and white van when it happens. It doesnt always work, but its funny. Submitted By: Scorpion3678 Fold-up Vance During game play, enter the Weapons 3 cheat over and over again really, really fast and suddenly you will get a glimpse of Vance folded up in midair floating.....????...it always work or it might not work but its funny. Submitted By: Scorpion3678 Under the map To do this glitch go to your first safehouse and there's a ship a little behind it. Go to the back of the ship and jump into the water and where the ship touches the wall, swim into there then turn left into the wall and swim as fast as you can into the wall(sometimes it works some times it doesn't). After this you should pop into the wall and you'll be under the map. If you swim quite far you will fall for a while then you'll pop up on top of the map again.
