To unlock all the secret characters in this game, you must highlight Star on the Select Character screen, and press C three times as the timer reaches 17.
Unlock Father Stength
Highlight Strength and while holding the C button, press either the A button or the B button to play as Father Strentgh. The button you pressed determines his outfit.
