Isla Cruces level: Gold Idol location
When you get to the waterfall where enemies attack you, defeat them all. Then, walk into the waterfall. Behind the waterfall is a secret room with the gold idol.
Winning duels
When in an actual duel hold Z to block and swing the Wiimote up and down repeatedly until you win. You will block your opponent's hits. When your swing is timed correctly you will counterstrike a powerful blow. When in actual duels your stamina does not decrease so you can hold Z as long as desired. If done correctly you will not lose any health.
