Free Emerald Press: Up, Down, Up, Down, 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2 at the Sonic/Tails selection screen. Level Select Press: Up, Up, Down, Down, Right, Left, Right, Left, Start at the title screen. Sonic Fireball At the Sound Test screen, press down, down/right, right, 1 or 2 . Sonic will throw a fireball Sound Test Go the the title screen and press Down, Down, Up, Up, Left, Right, Left, Right, 1, 2, Start. You should now have a sound test. Note that this code is often confused with the Level Select Code. Secret credits Get the 5 Chaos Emeralds to see a special background during the credits,featuring Sonic and the Emeralds you found! (Only Sonic can get the Chaos Emeralds).
