Ghoul's chainswhen at rons house before you degnome the garden you can look at the pantry/thing by the door. go to it and press A and you will get the ghouls chains(if you have already talked to the ghoul you know he wants chains) b now you go up to the attic (the last set of stairs after rons room) and go talk to the ghoul. give him the chains and nyou will get a card Kill the basilistYou have to get loads of grand wiggen weld potion up to 15 if you want it to be easy. to get the money do battles it wont take many. Also do dueling to win stuff like dragon skin gloves e.t.c (you dont get anything until you go aggainst the 3rd person in from the left a boy. How to get the skurge spellOn the day after the first day go into Flich's room if he's not there then go around the back of his desk and press the A button and you'll recieve quick spell and it will say you learned the skurge spell. QuidditchLook in the radar at the bottom right side of the screen. Once you have seen the Snitch in the radar, search for it in the match. Press (A) to speed up. Press it repeatedly. Once you have sighted it, press (B) repeatedly to make sure you get it. Dueling Club rewardsThe following are the items that you get after defeating the Dueling Club people.
The first one will give you a Witch And Wizard Card.
The second one will give you a Witch And Wizard Card.
The third one gives you a Card Attack Combo.
The fourth one gives you Steel Mesh Gloves.
The fifth one gives you Dragon Skin Boots.
The sixth one gives you a Rabbits Foot.
The seventh gives you a Dueling Trophy (does not do anything) Move around Hogwarts easierTo get around Hogwarts School easier, press (A) when you are by statues or other objects. Most of them are secret passages, or will give you Wizard cards. For example, the Egyptian statue will take you to the dungeon. The mirror by the nurse's office will take you to the first floor. Defeating the spiderTo do a quick 45 damage to the spider, use the Broom Of Doom (card combo).
TradesIn the game is a secret 'trade game' hidden. First you must buy a Chudley Cannons jersey. Then you give it to Ron(automaticcaly). He gives you a football card. Give that football card to the boy that runs the card club at school. He then gives misprinted Wendolyn the weird. Then go to the sixth floor of Hogwarts. In the corridor to the store room(the upper-right door) you find a painting. That's Wendolyn the weird, give her misprint and she gives you a baby spider. Now you go to Hagrid. He likes the spider and gives you a spiked collar. Go to Filch's office. Talk to Filch, he gives you a picture of Lockhart for the collar. Now you go to one of the floors of Hogwarts(sorry I don't know which. There you find a girl. She says that Filch stole her Lockhart picture. Give it and she gives a torch. Bring that to the Non-magical Studies classroom(fifth floor). There is a boy. Give him the torch and he gives you a harmonica. Bring that to the music classroom(also fifth floor). There's also a boy, give him the harmonica and he trades you a magical flute. Now go to proffesor Binns classroom(fourth floor) and give him the magical flute. He gives you a dragon cloak. That gives you +50 defense, +3 agility and +20 magic defense. You can wear it, but you can also sell it in shop for 15000(!) sickles. Petrificis totalusTo get petrificis totalis, before attending herbiology class go to the hospital wing and talk to the person in the first hospital bed on the right. They should ask you to see if you could get her magic storybook. go to the gryffindoor common room and talk to the guy walking around, he will tell you that Ginny has it. go down to the third floor and talk to the girl with redish hair in front of the trophy cabnet next to the stairs, it should be Ginny. She will ask for an autographed picture of you. go up to the fifth floor and talk to the guy standing in the middle of the couches and get him to take your photo.He will give a photograph of you. take it to Ginny and she will give you the magic storybook, take it to Katie in the hospital and she will teach you patrificus totalus.
I hope this helps :) Secret passagesA secret passage can be found on the first floor. It is one of the statues. Press (A) and go through it. It will take you to a silver door on the fourth floor next to the Hospital Wing. There is another secret passage on the sixth floor. It is the Golden Statue furthest north in the hall. It will take you to the Dungeon. You can also go backwards through the passages.
In the dungeons, the gray gargoyle is a secret passage to the sixth floor. Uncommon Witch's And Wizard Card locationsQueen Maeve: Slytherin Common Room. Go down into the dungeon and you will run into Snape. Once he is finished, go straight ahead and you will find Malfoy outside the Common Room. Go to rate beside Malfoy and press (A) or (B) while facing the table to get the Queen Maeve card. Note: This is the only place to get it.
Godric Gryffindor: Go to the Womping Willow tree and move one screen down, to your left, and to the second path. Look by the base of the tree inside the bottom right corner of the map to find the card.
Lord Stoddard Withers: Go to where you found the Godric Gryffindor card. Next, go back to the path and down to the next area. In this area go straight down into the tree (not the pointy one). At the base of this tree is the card.
Go to the nurse's office. There will be a girl on your right as soon as you walk in the door. Talk to her. She will say that she wants her magical storybook and she thinks she left it on the Common Room table. Go back to the Common Room. There will be somone next to the table. He will tell you that he last saw Ginny Weasley with it in the third floor corridor. Go there, and find her. She will ask for something, and you must talk to different people to get it. When you get what she wants, she will give you the storybook. Go back to the girl in the nurse's office. When you give it to her, she will give you a Witches And Wizards Card.
