Press B, A, B, Y, B, Y, L, A, R, A, Start at the title screen. A cheat menu with mission/area, sound test, and invincibility options will appear.
Fire all missiles except for one, then use up all your gun ammunition. After this point you can launch unlimited missiles.
Hold select and press L to switch left monitor display type and do the same with R button for the right monitor. Hold select press B to chage gun type (available in certain ships), and the same for A for missle. Finally, press select, start, L and R at the same time to eject. Note: there's an award for ejecting. There are still more function(s) for the select button but, I've run out of time.
