Intentionally lose the game. Wait for the credits to appear, quickly press C, B, A in a sweeping motion, then press Start.
If you're on level 1 or 2, put in disc 2. If you're on 3 or 4, start up 3, then hit ''Restart Level: 1 (or 2)'' Either way, when you see ''Remove CD 2 Insert CD 1'', Press A, B, Right, A, C, A, Down, Right, B, A. (ABRACADRBA) Now, you should be able to access all levels!
Insert the game disc into an audio CD player and play track 2. A backwards audio track with the repeating phrase "number nine" (in reference to The Beatles song) can be heard.
