At the Title screen, enter this code on controller one: C,C, C, C, Left, A, Down, Up, and Down. Now when you die, your continues will always stay at nine.
Atari 2600 Version
At the Pitfall title screen, press in this order: down,a 26 times, then down once more. You should then start plaing the Atari 2600 version of pitfall.
